Turner Values - A Short Video
Values represent what people believe. What they believe determines how they behave. The values of Turner Investment Partners, first articulated by Bob Turner before our firm was founded in 1990, have served as our guiding principles of conduct over the years -- as a philosophical ballast that our employees have relied on to keep our ship righted.
Our values boil down to three ideas. One, we practice the Golden Rule: we put clients first by providing them with a caliber of investment performance and service that we would expect if we were in their shoes. Two, we strive to offer a positive, informal work environment and incentives for our employees to stay and put clients first. Three, we stick to our investment processes -- even when those processes lead us to underperform on occasion -- because they've been proven to work over time and to be in the best interests of clients.
We have produced a video in which our employees offer their perspectives on our values. Interviewed were 16 people of diverse ages and tenures with us, who have helped us to put clients first and make us what we are today. The result: a seven-minute video that we hope you will enjoy.
