Firm Management

Our Executive Management Team, comprised of Executive Managing Directors Thomas Trala, Jr., CPA, chief operating officer, Matthew Glaser, chief of investment strategies, and James Wylie, chief marketing officer, is responsible for the day-to-day management of our firm, including the development and implementation of our firm’s business strategy. The Executive Management Group reports to our board of directors, which is comprised of Robert Turner, CFA, chairman and chief investment officer, Mark Turner, president, and Christopher McHugh, vice chairman.
